We are representing a fast-growing, venture-backed digital health startup headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, developing AI-driven predictive analytics tools for chronic disease management. With just over 50 employees, the company is entering a critical growth phase following a recent Series A raise. They are looking for an AI Product Manager to take ownership of the AI platform roadmap and drive development of next-generation predictive health features.

In this role, you will work closely with data science, engineering, and clinical teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with clinical workflows and patient needs. You’ll own the roadmap for AI-enabled decision support tools and lead go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical fluency in AI/ML and an understanding of health tech product lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience in health tech, medtech, or digital health startups, with at least 2 years focused on AI or machine learning products. Experience working with clinical or healthcare data sets is strongly preferred. Strong cross-functional leadership skills, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential for success in this role.
