At Eureka, we are constantly searching for outstanding candidates to assist in advancing their careers. In the event that we come across your professional profile online and believe that it would be suitable for our clients, where allowed by local direct marketing regulations (such as email, SMS, social media message, phone, or post) we will add your contact information to our database and send you a message indicating that we will keep you informed of any relevant job openings. We will store the data used for this purpose until you request that we stop notifying you about future job opportunities.

Our company is constantly seeking excellent clients to assist with their recruitment requirements. If we come across your profile online and believe that our services could be beneficial to you, where allowed by local direct marketing regulations (such as email, SMS, social media message, phone, or post), we will add your contact details to our database and send you a message to inform you that our team is here to support you. We will store the data used for this purpose until you request that we stop informing you about our services or potential candidates that may benefit you.

If we contract your services out to clients

To aid in engaging with clients, we will handle data about you. If there is a direct contract between you and us, we will deal with your data on a contractual basis.
