We are working with a venture-backed medtech company based in San Diego, CA, pioneering a next-generation minimally invasive diagnostic platform for oncology applications. With around 120 employees, they are preparing for pivotal clinical trials following recent Series B funding. The company is looking for a Clinical Trials Manager to drive clinical execution and ensure the success of multi-site US-based studies.
The Clinical Trials Manager will be responsible for site selection, CRO/vendor oversight, trial management, and ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory standards. The role is highly cross-functional, working alongside regulatory, clinical science, and data management teams to ensure that operational milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget. We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience managing clinical trials within medtech, diagnostics, or medical device companies. Prior experience in pivotal (IDE or PMA) trials is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in CRO and vendor management. Experience working in a startup environment and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset are essential.
