With a team of just under 150 employees, they are scaling rapidly post-Series B and are seeking a Director of AI Strategy to define and lead their AI product vision and roadmap.

In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to set strategic priorities for AI initiatives, drive alignment between data science, engineering, and product functions, and ensure the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies. You will be instrumental in shaping how the company applies machine learning models to large-scale healthcare datasets, ensuring clinical relevance and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in AI or data science strategy, preferably within digital health, biotech, or health tech companies. A strong technical background in AI/ML coupled with experience building and scaling AI-driven products in regulated environments is essential.
